      OMAN CEMENT COMPANY一号水泥熟料生产线Φ4.2m×7.5m风扫原料磨产量(90 μ筛余14%)在85 t/h以下,达不到设计产量(90 t/h)。分析原因主要有:(1)入磨粒度太大;(2)衬板磨损严重。对此进行提产改造,目标为116 t/h(90 μ筛余12%~14%)。提产措施有:增加磨机填充率,改变筒体衬板形式,调整研磨体级配。改造后很快达到设计产量并顺利通过考核。

      The output(90 μm sieve residue is 14%) of OCC Φ 4.2m×7.5m air swept raw mill for OMANCEMENT COMPANY cement clinker production for line 1 is under 85 t/h, which can't meet the designed output (90 t/h).Main reasons : (1)The mill feed size is too big; (2) The wear of liner plate is serious. The target of this transformation is 116 t/h (90 μm sieve residue is 12%~14%).Measures for raising output: increase filling ratio of grinding mill, change the liner plate form of barrel, adjust the gradation of grinding media. After transformation ,the designed output is quickly reached and it passed the examination smoothly.
