| 伊拉克SCP项目5300t/d抗硫酸盐水泥熟料生产线自生产运营以来，各项指标达到设计要求，设备系统运行正常，工艺状况良好。主要介绍了该线抗硫酸盐水泥在生料制备、原料粉磨、熟料煅烧、水泥粉磨各工艺过程中的控制要点和注意事项。如：一要合理确定原料的配料方案，使用高硅低铝的高硅砂岩，以提高入窑生料合格率，稳定生料成分；二是在中控操作中应特别注意窑皮情况，以稳定窑内热工制度。 |

| The anti-sulfate cement clinker production line of SCP 5300 t/d project in Iraq has meet the design requirements, has been operating properly and has been in good technology status since the production operation. It mainly introduces the process control points and attentions of anti sulfate cement in the preparation of the raw material, the raw grinding, clinker calcination, cement grinding process production of attentions. Fistly, Reasonably determine the proportion scheme of raw material and use high silica sand of high silicon and low aluminum should be considered to improve qualified rate of raw material feeding kiln and stabilize the composition of raw material. Secondly, central control operation should pay special attention to the kiln crust to stabilize thermal system. |
