新型干法水泥熟料烧成系统中挥发性物料循环直接计算比较繁琐,应用Simulink处理挥发性物料在窑内、预热器及窑尾系统内的循环过程。结果表明,对于多系统互相关联、流程相对复杂又没有函数关系的料流处理,用Simulink处理,界面直观,料流合并、料流的分离用简单的分合流过程,系统之间的联系用箭头表示即可,简单方便。 |

It is complicated to calculate the volatile material circulation in the new dry process cement clinker bunring system directly, so to solve volatile material content circulation in the kiln, preheater and kiln end system by Simulink. The results show that, for material flow solving of related multisystem with complex flow and has no functional relation, Simulink solving has intuitive interface and simple and convenient operation——simple merging and separation process of material flow and connection between systems represented by arrow. |
