According to the site investigation analysis, Nanjing Branch Company, Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group Co., Ltd. reformed the preheater system, including adopted NST-I type spouting-swirling decomposition furnace technology, half-circle and half-square no aggregate gooseneck structure, rectifier technology, side hung type immersion tube, crescent lock air valve and large angle arc distribution device. After the transforming, the effect is remarkable. The clinker production is raised by nearly 400 t/d, the outlet temperature of C1 cyclone is lowered by 37 ℃ and material collapse phenomenon is eliminated thoroughly. |
