| Due to the changes in transmission gear tooth side and tip clearance, rotary kiln drive gear meshs badly,which cause impact and vibration. Combined with the actual production, three typical cases of rotary kiln drive ring gear vibration were summarized from cause anaysis, judgment,adjustment and prevention measures. In real work, as long as we inspect comprehensively and treat rightly, similar problems all can be solved. |
