| 为了满足高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥的市场需求，通过筛选优质的原燃材料和精心设计配料方案，得以在1 000 t/d生产线上批量生产。其生产控制的关键主要掌握其熟料的技术特点，并在实际生产中进行工艺参数的调整，且需加强回转窑的煅烧控制。对生产出的高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥熟料性能分析，已证明了采用预分解窑煅烧优质的高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥熟料是完全可行的。 |

| In order to meet the requirements of mass production of high sulfate resistant Portland cement clinker in our company's #2 kiln, selected high quality of raw material and fuel and designed elaborately the proportion scheme and carried into execution, and in real production, adjusted the process indexes and enhanced the firing control of rotary kiln. The performance of prepared high sulfate resistant Portland cement clinker was analysed, proved that it is feasible to produce high sulfate resistant Portland cement clinker in precalcining kiln system. |
