为研究TiO2对熟料矿物组成的影响,将工业原料配制的生料,按不同比例掺入分析纯试剂TiO2,分别在1 300,1350, 1 400,1 450和1 500 ℃温度下煅烧,通过甘油乙醇法、XRD、岩相分析法以及胶砂强度对各熟料进行检测分析。结果表明,随着TiO2含量的增加,熟料矿物中C3S,β-C2S的含量逐渐降低,C3A和α-C2S的含量增多。 |

In order to study the effect of TiO2 on clinker mineral composition,Adding different dose of analytical reagent TiO2 into raw meal prepared by industrial raw material, and firing at temperature of 1 300,1350,1 400,1 450 and 1 500 ℃ respectively, and testing the clinker by glycerol ethanol method, XRD, petrographic analysis and mortar strength. The results show that with the increase of TiO2 content, C3S and β-C2S content in clinker mineral decreased gradually, C3A and α-C2S content increased meanwhile. |
