      The design,construction, installation and commissioning of India Lafarge Rajasthan project was undertaken by Tianjin Cement Design and Research Institute Co.,Ltd.. The main design feature, problems in commissioning and measures of the project were introduced in detail. And every index of the project reached or exceeded the contract, clinker heat consumption was lower than 700×4.2kJ，and had pefect fuel adaptability.
