高P钢渣含P量偏高,掺入高P钢渣微粉的钢渣—水泥胶凝材料凝结时间偏长,且早期强度过低,使其使用受到很大的限制。试验采用CaO和Na2SO4作为高P钢渣的活化剂,并进行了一系列的试验研究。结果表明:(1)适量的CaO可以缩短高P钢渣微粉—水泥胶凝材料凝结时间,提高其各龄期强度;(2)Na2SO4对高P钢渣微粉—水泥胶凝材料凝结时间无显著影响,适量Na2SO4可以提高高P钢渣微粉—水泥胶凝材料的1d、3d强度,过量Na2SO4会降低高P钢渣微粉—水泥胶凝材料28d强度;(3)作为高P钢渣的活化剂,CaO的适宜掺量为4%, Na2SO4的适宜掺量1%。 |

The P content of high P Steel Slag is a little high, high P Steel Slag-Cement cementation material has a little long setting time and a low early strength, which limits its application greatly. Using CaO and Na2SO4 as activator, a series of exmprimental study was carried out. The results show as following, (1) appropriate CaO content can shorten the setting time and improve the strength of all age; (2) Na2SO4 has no significant effect on the setting time, and appropriate amount can increase the 1d and 3d strength, and overdose of Na2SO4 will decrease the 28d strength;(3)as activator for high P steel slag powder, the suitable content rate of CaO is 4% and Na2SO4 is 1%. |
