| The adjusting and installation method of PCF-2022 sigle stage hammer crusher were introduced. By establishing hammer model and analysing the change of its axial and radial eccentricity, a reasonable hammer allocation principle was determined. When allocating, according to the actual field hammer weighing, and by mathematical analysis method, we can optimize and adjust to determine a optimal scheme. The practice proved that the method can effectively guide the hammer surface change operations or replacement and installation and is worth learning and promotion. |
