      水泥熟料生产线配套建设的余热发电工程是依附于水泥工艺生产状况及余热条件,而随着水泥行业生产工艺的技术进步,其熟料烧成系统能耗不断下降,窑尾预热器出口进SP余热锅炉的烟气温度相应降低,对余热发电系统设计及运行产生重要影响。以典型5 000 t/d水泥熟料生产线余热参数为例,对比分析了有、无公共过热器的两种余热发电系统,得出结论为:有公共过热器的余热发电系统高压蒸汽产量相对偏低;若公共过热器出口蒸汽温度越高,系统输出功率也越大;余热发电系统设计公共过热器是否合理,取决于窑尾预热器排烟温度及循环水温度两项重要影响因素。
英文摘要:
      The effect of waste heat power generator depends on the production and waste heat condition of the cement clinker production line, and as its technology progress, the heat consumption of clinker burning system is declining and the temperature of waste gas that come out from kiln end preheater and go to SP waste heat boiler reduced accordingly, which has great impact on design and operation of waste heat power generator system. Taking the waste heat parameters of a typical 5 000 t/d cement clinker production line as an example, the waste heat power generator systems with and without public superheater were contrasted, and the conclusion is as follows, the output of high pressure steam of the system with public superheater is a little low, and higher the outlet steam temperature, the more output power of public superheater system; design of public superheater is reasonable or not, depends on two important factors of kiln tail preheater exhaust gas temperature and the temperature of circulating water.
