为利用所在城市3家黄磷企业排出的磷渣,攀枝花集团瑞丰水泥有限公司进行了水泥中外掺磷渣微粉的试验研究。一系列实验室实验结果表明,水泥中外掺磷渣微粉对水泥的各项质量指标及施工性能无不良影响,是完全可行的,并建议适宜的磷渣微粉掺量控制在10%左右,比表面积控制在350~420 m2/kg。在掌握了实验数据后,建立相关设施,进行了工业试验和实际的工业生产运行,取得了令人满意的效果。 |

To utilize the discharged phosphorus slag of the 3 yellow phosphorus enterprises in the same city, Panzhihua Group Ruifeng Cements Limited conducted the test study on adding phosphorus slag in cement production. The series of experiment results show that adding phosphrous slag powder in cement has no harmful effect on the quality indexes and workability of cement and is entirely feasible, the appropriate rate of phosphorus slag should be controlled at 10%, and the specific surface area should be controlled at 350~420 m2/kg. On base of the experimental data, related facilities was established and industrial test and real production were conducted, and satisfied results were obtained. |
