      水淬锰渣是在锰铁合金冶炼过程中排放的高温炉渣经水淬而形成的一种高炉矿渣,具有潜在的水硬性和火山灰性。为充分开发水淬锰渣的资源化利用,试验研究了用其代替部分硅砂制备加气混凝土的可行性,并进行不同水料比和不同浇注温度对加气混凝土发气高度的影响试验,且进行了掺有水淬锰渣加气混凝土的微观结构分析。结果表明:水淬锰渣部分替代硅砂制备加气混凝土可行,其最大替代量可达25%;另适宜的水料比为0.50,合适的浇注温度为40~45℃。
英文摘要:
      Water quenching manganese slag was a blast furnace slag with potential hydraulicity and pozzolanic ash which was discharged in ironmaking process. For full development of water quenching manganese slag, the feasibility of using it instead part of silica sand to prepare aerated concrete was researched. The impact of different water-material ratio and pouring temperature on the aerated concrete gas height was experimental studied, and the micro structure of water quenching manganese slag aerated concrete was analysed. The results show that it is feasible to prepare aerated concrete with water quenching manganese slag, and the max substituting rate can reach 25%, and the suitable water-material ratio is 0.50, appropriate pouring temperature is 40~45℃.
