| 介绍了某海外项目安装莱歇生料立磨（LM56.4）的过程中，在进行磨机基础框架、磨辊摇臂立柱和连接桥的找正焊接以及减速机底板chock fast 灌注这四个关键工序施工中遇到的问题。这些问题通过原因查找和施工工艺方法的改进，都得到了很好的解决，从而保证了生料立磨的安装质量；而且这些经验应用于本生产线后续的水泥立磨安装施工中，再次得以肯定，不但安装质量好，而且缩短了计划工时，效果显著。 |

| Problems in four key construction steps of LM56.4 Loesche mill installation of a overseas project were introduced, the four installation steps are alignment and welding of mill foundation framework,roller rocker pillar and the connecting bridge and chock fast perfusion of reducer floor. By finding cause and improving construction method these problems had been solved, which ensured the installation quality of raw material mill. And the experience were applied in the following installation of cement vertical mill and sucessed again as not only had good installation quality, but also shorten the planned working hours, the effect is obvious. |
