江苏联合水泥有限公司5 500 t/d熟料生产线采用了Φ5.2 m×61 m两档支承超短窑。2004年投料试生产初期,窑衬全部使用国产耐火材料,因诸多因素,耐火材料的正常使用受到影响。该超短窑生产线投产运行近10年来,累计进行过5次大修,详细介绍了其窑用耐火材料配置的多次优化,现已经摸索出较理想的配置方案。 |

Jiangsu United Cement Co.,Ltd. adopted Φ5.2 m×61 m two-support short kiln for their 5 500 t/d clinker production line. At the early commissioning stage in 2004, all of the kiln liner was domestic refractory, and the normal use of refractory was impacted by many factors. In its 10 years of operation, there have been 5 times overhaul. And the several optimal refracroies allocations were introduced in detail, and now an idea scheme has been found. |
