通过对新型干法水泥熟料生产过程的物质流、能量流计算及分析,识别了水泥熟料生产节能减排关键环节,综合考虑生产技术、资源能源综合利用技术和末端治理技术的配套关系,提出先进的节能减排技术的工艺组合方案。以4 500 t/d熟料线为例,该组合方案的实施,每年可节煤57 680 t、节电523.6万kWh、节水12.852万m3、碳减排46 200 t、NOx减排60%,每年可为企业产生经济效益4 822.8万元。 |

By calculation and analysis of material flow and energy flow of new dry process clinker production, the key to energy conservation emission reduction of cement production was indentified. And the matching relationship of process technology,resource and energy comprehensive utilization and end treatment technology considered, a process scheme of advanced energy-saving emission reduction technology was put forward. A 4500 t/d clinker line as an example, by implementation of the scheme, it can save 57 680 t coal, 5236000 kWh power, 128520 m3 water and reduction emission of CO2 46 200 t and NOx 60% every year, which can bring economic benefits of 48 228 000 yuan for the enterprise. |
