| Quality control of raw matrial batching is the key of quality control of meal and clinker and high yield, fine quality and low consumption of system. Shandong Donghua Cement Company has two 5 000 t/d clinker production lines, they adopted cross-belt online analyzer to realize real time,online continuous detection and rapid adjustment for raw materila mill in the #2 line, and applied "automatic sampler+fluorescence analyzer"quality control system in the #1 line, and the meal quality of #1 line was obviously lower than that of #2 line. In order to improve meal quality of #1 line, an alteration was actualized to use #2 line's cross belt online analyzer controlling the two ATOX50 raw material mills' batching and high quality,low cosumption, stable running effect was obtained, at the same time raw material batching cost and system maintenance costs of #1 line were decreased effectively. |
