      从入窑生料率值、熟料产量及煤耗、岩相结构的变化等方面,分析了生料磨停磨期间窑灰对入窑生料和熟料煅烧的影响过程。通过对比分析查清了停磨期间入窑生料率值升高和出窑熟料游离钙超标、黄心料增多的具体原因,并采取了相应的针对措施。生产实践证明,所采取的措施起到了稳定入窑生料率值和煅烧制度的目的。
英文摘要:
      From aspects of raw meal modulus, clinker output, coal consumption and petrographic structure change, impact of kiln dust on raw meal and clinker calcination in raw material mill stop period was analysed. By contrast analysis, the causes of higher raw meal modulus, f-CaO content exceeding the standard and much clinker with brown core were found out. The production practice proved that the measures taken to stabilized raw meal modulus and firing system.
