在分析循环流化床灰渣物理、化学性质的基础上,探讨了利用流化床灰渣代替粉煤灰制备控制性低强度材料(Controlled low strength material, 简称CLSM)的可行性。实验结果表明:(1) 掺加适量流化床灰渣(40%~60%)可制备性能优良的CLSM材料,其中流化床灰渣可使CLSM浆体的泌水率降低、凝结时间大幅度缩短、贯入阻力增大;(2) 流化床灰渣与粉煤灰复合掺加可产生强度的“超叠加”效应,大幅度提高CLSM硬化浆体的强度;(3) 堆存过程中流化床灰渣水化生成的钙矾石和二水石膏是稳定的,不会引起CLSM硬化体的有害膨胀。 |

Based on the physical and chemical properties analysis of circulating fluidized ash, the feasibility of preparing CLSM(short for Controlled low strength material) with circulating fluidized ash subsituting for fly ash was discussed. The experiment results show as following, (1) CLSM material with excellent performance can be prepared by adding fluidized bed ash (40%~60%) which can lower CLSM mortar bleeding rate, shorten the setting time greatly and increase its penetration resistance; (2) fluidized bed ash and fly ash admixture produced "Superimposed" effect which can improve the strength of CLSM mortar greatly; (3) the ettringite and dihydrate gypsum produced in fluidized bed ash storage process are stable, which will not cause deleterious expansion in CLSM hardened body. |
