A 6 000 t/d clinker production line as an example, type selection and design of key parts of kiln-end conditioning tower were introduced in detail. And aiming to different project environment and operating condition parameters, the design method of conditioning tower was optimized. At present, The largest Φ10.5 m conditioning tower developed by Sinoma Technology & Equipment Group (Nanjing) has been applied in a number of projects successfully . |
