| 2 500 t/d clinker production line achieving long-term operation with super high yield of 3 500 t/d, which is realized in a production line of Ningbo Kehuan New Materials Co.,Ltd. and the average output reaches 3 593 t/d, monthly over production rate is up tp 43.7%. From aspects of stable raw material and fuel quality, appropriate propoertioning, full utilization of industrial waste residue, process parameters optimization and delicacy management, control measures to realize super yield operation of the production line were introduced in detail. |
