      探讨了钢渣和铅锌尾矿分别取代铁粉和黏土制备硅酸盐水泥熟料的可行性,对其易烧性进行了研究,并对制备出的熟料进行了力学性能研究。结果表明:采用钢渣和铅锌尾矿进行生料配料,熟料的烧成温度为1 450 ℃,煅烧时间为30 min时,制备出的熟料w(f-CaO)小于1%;水泥熟料的28 d抗折和抗压强度分别达到了9.6 MPa和60.4 MPa。

      The feasibility of preparing Portland cement clinker substituting steel slag and lead-zinc tailings for iron and clay was discussed, the burnability was studied, and the mechanical property of prepared clinker was researched. The results show that using steel slag and zinc tailings in raw meal proportioning, the clinker sintering temperature was 1 450 ℃ and the calcining time was 30 min, and w(f-CaO) in prepared clinker is less than 1%; the 28 d flexural and compressive strength reached 9.6 MPa and 60.4 MPa respectively.
