      水泥中掺加混合材,不仅能降低水泥生产成本,还能改善水泥的某些使用性能。现阶段,由于矿渣、粉煤灰资源短缺和价格昂贵,开展其他种类工业废渣用作水泥混合材的研究具有现实意义。为探讨充分利用煤渣、锰渣等廉价的工业废渣,同时配合少量矿渣和石灰石粉来制备复合水泥,试验采用正交设计的方法,研究了不同废渣对水泥性能的影响规律,同时对正交试验结果进行优化,确定了所制备复合水泥的最佳配比。结果表明,煤渣掺量为20%、锰渣掺量为20%时,可配制合格P·C 42.5水泥,煤渣掺量为30%、锰渣掺量为20%时,可配制合格P·C 32.5水泥。
英文摘要:
      Admixture in cement,can not only reduce the cement production cost, but also improve some use properties for cement. At present, because of resource shortage and high price of slag and fly ash, it has practical significance to develop other industrial waste slag as cement admixture. To utilize cheap industrial waste slag as cinder and manganese slag with a little of slag and limestone powder, impacts of different waste slag on cement properties were studied by orthogonal design method, and at the same time, the best proportion of composite cement was determined by results optimization. The results show that when the cinder content is 20% and the manganese slag is 20%, qualified P·C 42.5 cement can be prepared; and when cinder content is 30%, manganese slag content is 20%, qualified P·C 32.5 cement can be prepared.
