      江苏新街南方水泥公司2台Φ4.6 m×（9.5+3.5）m双滑履中卸四仓原料磨，在运行4年后在滑履带支承板及端头盖板等处出现多条裂缝。全面介绍了这2台原料磨裂缝的具体情况和原因分析；在此基础上，进行了维修方案的分析与评审；最后，就裂缝的具体修复过程及其实施效果进行了详细交流。此外，强调对关键设备（特别是大型设备的关键部位）的检查力度，做到定检和记录，以防止重特大事故的发生。
英文摘要:
      After four years of running, the two Φ 4.6 m × (9.5+3.5) m double-slide-shoe four-chamber raw mills of Jiangsu XinJie Southern Cement Company have several cracks in the sliding track support plate and an end cover plate. State and causes of the cracks were introduced comprehensively, on this basis, analysis and review of the repair scheme were carried out. Finally, the concrete crack repair process and its implementation effect was communicated in detail. In addition, checks of the key equipment (especially the key parts of large equipment) and regular record to prevent serious accidents were stressed.
