| 2011年8月福建龙麟集团有限公司1号线入生料均化库胶带提升机出现异常，需停机一周左右维修。但当时生产任务极其紧张，无停窑条件。为此，提出了让出原料磨生料直接入窑煅烧的窑磨联机运行设想并得以实施，由于原燃材料准备充分，技术保证得当和生产管控到位，此次窑磨联机运行获得成功。这说明在特殊情况下，满足一定的生产条件时实行短期的窑磨联机运行维持生产也是一种选择。 |

| In Aug. 2011, the belt elevator of raw material homogenizing silo of Fujian Longlin Group Limited Company's No.1 production line suffered a breakdown and needed to stop to be maintained for a week. But at that time the production was too tension to stop. Therefore, the combined running of kiln and mill scheme of raw material from grinding mill directly into kiln to calcine was put forward and implemented. And because of sufficient raw material and fuel preparation, proper techical guarantee and inplace production management, the kiln-mill combined running successed. All that shows that in special circumstance and certain production condition satisfied, kiln-mill combined running is a choice to maintain production. |
