染料中间体生产过程中产生含硫酸的废液,石灰中和后可合成石膏。该副产石膏的主要成分与天然二水石膏相似,可用作水泥缓凝剂。试验研究了染料工业副产石膏对水泥凝结时间、流动度、强度等性能的影响,结果表明,副产石膏与天然石膏或脱硫石膏复合作水泥缓凝剂是可行的;但因副产石膏含水量较高,实际生产应用中需对其进行晾晒并与脱硫石膏混合造球处理。 |

Waste sulfuric acid discharged from dye intermediates production process can turn into gypsum with lime neutralization. The by-product gypsum's main components are similar to that of natural gypsum,and can be used as cement retarder. The experiment studied the impacts of by-product gypsum on cement performance as setting time,fluidity and strength. And the results show that it is feasible to use the composite of by-product gypsum and natural gypsum or desulfurization gypsum as cement retarder; but because of high water content in by-product gypsum, in real production,it is need dying and mixing pelletizing with desulfurization gypsum. |
