      助磨剂能够改善粉磨条件,提高粉磨效率,降低粉磨能耗,优化水泥颗粒级配,增加水泥的强度,减少粉尘和CO2排放,提高水泥中混合材料的掺量,降低生产成本,从而得到了广泛的应用。文章介绍了助磨剂的助磨机理,分析和探讨其在水泥粉磨中的效果及期影响因素;并结合工程应用实践,重点阐述了助磨剂在水泥生产中的节能降耗作用。
英文摘要:
      Grinding agent can improve grinding condition and efficiency, reduce grinding energy, optimize cement particle gradation, increase cement strength, reduce dust and CO2 emissions, improve admixture content in cement and reduce production cost, and has been widely used. The grinding mechanism of grinding aid was introduced in this paper, and the effects and factors in cement grinding were analysed and discussed, and combined with engineering practice, energy saving effect of grinding aid in cement production was stressed on.
