| 讨论了普通硅酸盐水泥中超掺混合材的原因，认为目前水泥生产的乱象是经济活动中信用体制缺失的结果。单纯修改技术标准并不能解决混合材品种和掺量超标的问题，应该改变建筑行业中对于混合水泥的片面认识，根据工程需要选择合适的水泥品种，从而提高混合水泥的声誉，促进混合水泥的生产，使水泥行业走上可持续发展之路。 |

| The reason of admixture content exceed the standard in ordinary Portland cement is discussed, it is believe that credit system lack in economic activity results in present cement production chaos. The problem of admixture type and exceeding content cannot be sovled only by revise technical standards, and the one-sided understanding of mixed cement in construction industry should be changed. We should choose proper cement according to need, improve mixed cement's reputation, and promote mixed cement production, make cement industry in the road of sustainable development. |
